EDS Self-Care Experience Series

Part 1 of the 3-part self-care series will explore ways to improve your brain fog while lowering your stress, including supplements, mind-body medicine, and community.

This series of self-care experiences is for my fellow zebras in the EDS and hypermobility population during the month of May. We will meet three times via zoom for our hour-long sessions focusing on the mind, body, and spirit.

Each session will be taped and available to those who cannot join us in real-time or who would like to review the sessions later.

All proceeds will benefit our population and community and go towards EDS and Hypermobility research and offering more care to those who need it.
